been smoking for 22 yrs since 16yr old, 15 a day
signed up for a course with 7th day Adventist church, quit for two months
showed pics of cancer lung disease mouth disease guest speakers and shit group sessions,
the pictures convinced me to give up
it was advertised in local rag
went once a week for six weeks
each session was two hours
cut down before I went
quit by the end of it
smoke less now
